Job summary

Panera Bread in Richland, WA is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily shifts, develop staff, and uphold the bakery-cafe's high standards. You'll ensure guest delight, coach teammates, and help run smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends.

• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.
