You'll lead, coach and motivate staff to surpass goals in guest experience, service speed, and order accuracy, while participating in interviewing and training. This role emphasizes teamwork, warmth, and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead great shifts, coach and develop others.
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve it.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities
