Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest delight through food quality, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships to drive loyalty.
• Lead, coach and develop team to achieve goals in sales, speed, accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train team to food safety standards and maintain them.
