Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team in Bradenton, FL. You will run great shifts, support team development, and uphold high standards for guest experience.

You will lead with purpose, coach and motivate staff, and participate in interviews while ensuring food safety training is completed. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest is delighted by food quality, service and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that drive long-term guest loyalty.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching and motivation to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure maintenance.
• Help build Panera's culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
