Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead a bakery-cafe team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and smooth daily operations. You will coach and develop associates, oversee shifts, and manage food safety standards while driving performance and a warm, inclusive culture.

You will report to the General Manager, oversee areas like food cost, drive-thru, delivery, or catering, and play a key role in hiring and developing talent to support Panera’s growth and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to run great shifts.
• 1+ year(s) of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or able to pass).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must submit to a background check.
