Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Lead Manager in Charge to oversee bakery-cafe shifts, develop staff, and ensure warm, engaging guest experiences. You will coach and develop associates, manage performance, and report to the General Manager or Operating Partner.

You will lead a team across service and production tracks, uphold food safety, and foster Panera's culture of warmth, belonging, and trust while driving quality and efficiency on every shift.

Qualifications

• You have been working in a Panera bakery-cafe for at least 90 days.
• You can direct, motivate, coach, and train others in a fast-paced environment.
• Certified in all positions on either a service or production track: Service (Coffee, Barista, Bakery Backer, Dining Room, Cashier); Production (Prep, Soups, Salads/Hot Entrees, Sandwiches, Consolidator).
• You’re hungry for growth and exciting new opportunities.
• You’re committed to food safety and health safety.
• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• AOP Approval and CMP/ServSafe requirements are as stated to qualify for leadership.
