Panera Bread in Huntsville, AL invites a Team Manager to lead shifts, mentor staff, and uphold Panera’s high standards of quality, service, and guest experience. You will drive results in a fast-paced bakery-cafe setting, while fostering a culture of warmth and teamwork.

Responsibilities include hiring support, coaching teams, and training on food safety, with flexible hours including nights and weekends to meet guest demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Background check required
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk up to 6 hours

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

As a Team Manager at Panera, Your Role Includes:

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.

This Opportunity Is for You If:
