Panera Bread in Allen Park, MI is seeking a Team Manager to help run great shifts, support team development, and maintain high standards for guest experience.

You will lead a bakery-cafe leadership team, coach and motivate staff, and ensure food safety and quality while driving sales and guest satisfaction. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required; ServSafe certification is preferred.
