Job summary

Panera Bread in Michigan is seeking a Team Manager to lead the bakery-cafe's leadership team, run great shifts, support team development, and maintain high standards our guests expect.

You will supervise staff, coach and motivate to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience, participate in interviewing, and train teammates in food safety. Panera offers competitive pay, rewards, benefits, and growth opportunities.

• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
