Job summary

Panera Bread in Allen Park, MI is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold our high guest-experience standards. You will coach staff, participate in interviewing, ensure food safety, and help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust while managing fast-paced operations.

You will play a key role in driving guest satisfaction, training new team members, and maintaining Panera Bread's welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

As a Team Manager at Panera, Your Role Includes:
