Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead a restaurant team, ensuring guests are delighted with our food and service. You will coach and develop staff, drive performance, and celebrate achievements as you guide shifts in a fast-paced setting.

The role includes interviewing, training on food safety standards, and helping to cultivate a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust within the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment.
