Panera Bread in Madison, WI is seeking a Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will be involved in interviewing, training on food safety, and shaping a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
