Job summary

Panera Bread in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Team Manager who can lead with purpose, motivate staff, and ensure high standards of food and service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop team members, participate in hiring, train on food safety, and help build a warm culture of belonging, growth and trust.

This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends; offering competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and a range of benefits to support you and your family.

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
