Job summary

Highland HomeLoans is seeking a team loan originator assistant to support the Lead/Primary Loan Originator. You will handle office tasks related to loan processing, promote company mortgage products to realtors, builders, and clients, and coordinate activities between originators and branch operations.

You will gather income and asset information, schedule appointments, and ensure timely communication of loan status while adhering to mortgage guidelines and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Markets and promotes Highland HomeLoans products to team client base.
• Coordinates loan process from application to closing with originators and staff.
• Interacts with realtors, builders, and clients to support loan origination.
• Collects and analyzes income, assets, and debts for loan qualification.
• Schedules appointments and communicates loan status to stakeholders.
• Ensures confidentiality of borrower and company information.
