Altisource is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist in the United States to manage foreclosure initiation on default loans and ensure compliance with state requirements. The role requires analyzing title documents, validating pre-foreclosure notices, and reviewing borrower details for regulatory protections.

The position emphasizes excellent English communication, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to uphold mortgage process standards and ongoing compliance programs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in voice / semi voice Mortgage process.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent.
• Good analytical and cognitive skills.
• Eye for attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Initiate foreclosure on default loans and complete foreclosure as per state requirements.
• Obtain all required Pre-Foreclosure notices and verify documents.
• Research title search documents to ensure the property title has no issues before foreclosure.
• Review borrower details to determine if state protections affect foreclosure.
• Ensure regular compliance testing or auditing on internal mortgage processes.

Job Description

• Knowledge about Foreclosure process
• Strong communication skills and Good interpersonal skills with an ability to understand the customer’s problem and solving them
• Initiating foreclosure procedure on default loans and completing the foreclosure as per the state requirements.
• Obtaining all the required Pre-Foreclosure notices and verifying the validity of the documents.
• Researching the title search documents obtained from county office records provided by searcher (Title Abstracter) to ensure that the property and the title does not have any issues in order to proceed with the foreclosure.
• Reviewing the borrower details in order to determine whether the borrower is falling under any state regulated protections which in turn will have an effect on the Foreclosure
• Ensuring regular compliance testing or auditing on internal mortgage processes

Qualifications
