Position Overview

Collins Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural Inspection Team Leader in Baltimore, MD. This role involves leading inspection teams and managing various inspection projects with the Department of Transportation. It offers an opportunity for career advancement into project management.

Pay Range

The estimated base salary ranges from $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, depending on skills and experience. Additional bonuses and benefits are available. Please discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Responsibilities

• Manage above-water and underwater bridge inspections, evaluations, and design.
• Review, analyze, and recommend solutions for field and design issues.
• Assist in proposal preparations and project budgeting.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, managing schedules and budgets.
• Conduct engineering computations and prepare reports and plans using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil3D, and other software.
• Perform fieldwork, which may include nights and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
