Job summary

Ski Butlers, a standalone Alterra Mountain Company brand, seeks a Team Leader– Rental Delivery in Jackson Hole for seasonal shifts. You will open/close the shop, plan routes, coordinate deliveries, and support guest service while leading a team of Ski Technicians.

This role requires weekend and holiday work with morning and evening shifts; no prior experience required. Base pay is $21/hour plus generous tips, with access to Alterra passes and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage shifts.
• Clear communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the shop daily.
• Plan delivery routes and coordinate calls and pickups.
• Dispatch technicians and ensure brand standards daily.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Upsell services to guests during predelivery notifications.

About theRole

Team leaders (aka shift managers)are responsible forupholding SkiButlerscustomer service standards while managing the flow of day-to-day operations. No two days are the same as a team leader! Primary Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the shop daily

• Pre and post shift team meetings, ensuring each Ski Technician understands expectations and responsibilities for that shift.

• Plan delivery routes, supportcallsand pickups for the current and upcoming shift.

• Respond to customer phone calls, text messages,emailsand voicemailsin a timely manner.

• Dispatch ski technicians on reactive support calls

• Ensuring brand standards are being met daily i.e.: uniforms, vans, equipment, shop cleanliness, etc.

• Setting up the next shift for success

• Upselling existing guests via phone calls/texts in predelivery communication

Secondary Responsibilities

• Sizing guests in the proper equipment for orders as they come into our system

• Schedule work assignments for the following shift.

• Real-time feedback and coaching, both positive and constructive, to ensure we are meeting our Key Customer Requirements

• Assisting labor management during slow periods

• Taking reservations and issuing refunds

• Assist with delivery and support service operations as needed
