Ski Butlers, a member of the Alterra Mountain Company family, is hiring a Ski Technician for rental delivery in Jackson Hole this seasonal period.

You will deliver equipment, provide on-mountain support, assist with fittings, and ensure returns are cleaned and re-stickered. Weekend and holiday shifts apply; no prior experience required; enjoy perks such as employee passes and resort access.

• Daily shifts include morning and evening.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: ski/snowboard rental fittings on time.
• Support: on-mountain equipment support within 45 minutes.
• Pickup: returns are sanitized, re-stickered and prepared for the next guest.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
• Packing orders for future delivery.
• Setting up the next shift for the team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Delivery:Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on ourthreeKey Customer Requirements:

• KCR #1:On Time –Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time

• KCR #2:Communication –Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service

• KCR #3:Equipment –Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

• Support:Provide equipment support to our guestswithin 45 minutes

• Pickup:All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use

• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels

• Packing orders for future delivery

• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success

Secondary Responsibilities

• Basic ski/snowboard tuning,waxingand general equipment maintenance

• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice

• Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
