Job summary

Ski Butlers is hiring a Ski Technician - Rental Delivery in Jackson Hole. You will deliver equipment rentals to guest accommodations, provide on-mountain support, and ensure rentals are prepared for each guest’s needs.

This seasonal role requires weekend and holiday availability; no previous experience is required. Base pay starts at $18/hour plus tips, with potential for part- or full-time shifts throughout the season.

• Packing orders for future delivery.
• Set up the next shift for team success.

Ski Technicians are the face of Ski Butlers. At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. Primary Responsibilities

• Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements:
• KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
• KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
• KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
• Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
• Pickup: All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Packing orders for future delivery
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success

Secondary Responsibilities

• Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
• Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
