Job summary

Qualifications

• At least One Year of Manufacturing Experience Preferred and Knowledge of Press Line Operation
• Must possess interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Must have strong team-focused and leadership abilities
• Must be willing to work in various locations within and outside the facility
• Must have Knowledge of detection of steel defects
• Ability to work in stressful situations
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to operate various plant equipment
• Ability to use precise measurement devices
• Must be familiar with automation
• Must be trained on and able to perform all jobs on line (Material Handling, stacker Operations, Die Setting, Press Operations, and Quality Checks Basic Computer Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office (Word))
