Magna International is seeking a Team Leader for the K1 Assembly with all shifts in Birmingham, AL. This full-time role requires leading assembly-line teams, coordinating with production, and ensuring safety and quality on the line.

The ideal candidate will bring manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with press-line operations. Willingness to work flexible hours and potentially relocate within the facility is expected.

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of press line operation.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
