Blue Cross NC is seeking a Team Leader, Operations to guide the Member Outreach team within Risk Adjustment, ensuring service quality and compliance. You will manage workloads, coach staff, and act as a liaison across departments to close gaps and improve processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree (or 7+ years of equivalent experience) and strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and BI tools. Hybrid/remote flexibility is offered with NC-based work expectations.

Responsible for leading a team of departmental staff, including oversight of workload and execution of operational goals. Provides guidance on problem resolution, ensures member and customer satisfaction, and maintains compliance with applicable requirements. Leads performance coaching, development, and trend analysis, and serves as a key liaison between frontline staff, leadership, and cross functional partners.
