We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Team Leader, Operations.

You will be a master of organization and efficiency behind the scenes of our stockroom. As Operations Team Leader, you will play a key role in creating our striking merchandise design, supporting the Assistant Store Leader, Operations, and Assistant Store Leader, Visual. You will lead, plan, perform, and supervise the work of the merchandising/stock team, ensuring product on the sales floor is well-stocked and the stockroom remains organized and efficient. You will mentor and lead Merchandising/Stock Associates, communicate the overall design vision, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure visual and operational excellence.

A day in the life as a Team Leader, Operations includes:

  • Leading designated functional teams and managing associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
  • Coaching associates on performance and maintaining a visible presence in the department.
  • Partnering with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates on product knowledge, customer service, operations, visual standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Understanding and communicating new store initiatives to ensure adoption.
  • Promoting and driving sales by maintaining current product knowledge.
  • Reviewing KPI results and working with leaders to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
  • Communicating regularly with the Assistant Store Leader to review business results, strategies, customer feedback, and associate performance.
  • Ensuring all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service by setting expectations and modeling behaviors.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A sense of personal style with a passion for design and home furnishings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
  • Full-time roles require flexible availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Part-time roles require availability for two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night.

Compensation: Starting at $18.40/hour, up to $23.00/hour. Pay may be adjusted for compliance with local laws. Additional compensation may include bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
