We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Team Leader, Operations.
You will be a master of organization and efficiency behind the scenes of our stockroom. As Operations Team Leader, you will play a key role in creating our striking merchandise design, supporting the Assistant Store Leader, Operations, and Assistant Store Leader, Visual. You will lead, plan, perform, and supervise the work of the merchandising/stock team, ensuring product on the sales floor is well-stocked and the stockroom remains organized and efficient. You will mentor and lead Merchandising/Stock Associates, communicate the overall design vision, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure visual and operational excellence.

Compensation: Starting at $18.40/hour, up to $23.00/hour. Pay may be adjusted for compliance with local laws. Additional compensation may include bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
