JACK & JONES at BESTSELLER in Natick Mall is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead by example, ensuring outstanding customer service and supporting daily store operations under the Assistant Store Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SALES SUPERVISOR

As a Sales Supervisor, your role is to lead by example and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service. You support the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance, and help create a motivating and collaborative store environment. Your leadership plays a key role in achieving targets and maintaining high operational and visual standards.

DAILY TASKS

• Supervising and supporting the sales team on the shop floor
• Leading daily briefs and setting team goals in alignment with store targets
