Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. seeks a Team Leader, Line Service to join our team in Broomfield, CO. Lead a team of aircraft line service technicians responsible for coordinating aircraft movement, parking, marshaling, hangar cleanliness and aircraft readiness.

Responsibilities include organizing crews, coordinating with Operations Directors, and ensuring safe, efficient aircraft handling in outdoor conditions. Must be 18+, physically capable, and have aviation line service and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders.

• Organize crew to support daily activities.
• Work directly with Operations Directors to support required activities.
• Efficiently organize aircraft parking plan to minimize required aircraft movement.
• Tug/tow, park, and marshal aircraft safely using proper equipment and techniques.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe hangars.
• Keep ramps and taxiways clear of foreign object debris (FOD).

What you do

What you bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders
• 2 years' experience in general aviation aircraft line services
• 1 year leadership experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles safely
