Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager in daily management, mentor the Client Advisor team, and drive sales performance on the floor.

You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, uphold visual standards, and coordinate back-of-house and consignment processes while protecting client relationships with VIPs and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisor or department manager role.
• Proven track record driving positive customer interactions and achieving sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational ability.
• Comfortable with conflict resolution and leading VIP/executive interactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BOH to manage consignments, packing, returns, and stock organization.
• Complete paperwork and procedures for consignments, distance orders, and stylist agreements.
• Support deployment of training and ensure Client Advisors complete assigned tasks and downtime activities.
