  • Collaborate with strategic partners on large-scale programs (technical and operational) with enterprise-wide influence through effective data governance, cross-team organization, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Balance operational stability and adoption of new technologies during implementation, while challenging stakeholders’ past assumptions and promote new ways of thinking
  • Establish close partnerships with Engineering and Product counterparts on priorities and implementation roadmaps
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide insights on design, code reviews, and other relevant areas as required by the team
  • Promote multi-dimensional (e.g. validity, completeness and consistency) data quality initiatives within the inventories and identify resolution strategies

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of formal people leadership experience, or strong informal leadership
  • 1+ years of Python (or equivalent) programming and experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL, graph, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
