We are in search of an experienced C++ Team Lead who possesses a passion for building new teams and is eager to take on a challenge. We seek candidates skilled in designing and developing systems, delegating tasks, and overseeing their execution by talented teammates. They must take responsibility for the final product and demonstrate keen attention to detail. We are looking for someone capable of and willing to work both hands-on and in a managerial role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Create a new team to tackle various challenges.
2. Take responsibility for delivering new functionalities.
3. Manage team members and hire new personnel to ensure rapid delivery and quick problem resolution.

What We Look For In You:

1. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
2. Experience handling large volumes of incoming data.
3. Proficiency in multithreading programming and understanding CPU memory models.
4. Knowledge of Linux systems.
5. Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
6. Good written and spoken English skills for international collaboration.
7. Ability to design and oversee scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures.
8. Skill in identifying bottlenecks and optimizing code for performance, especially in multithreaded and data-intensive applications.

Nice-to-have:

1. Expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency.
