Here, your performance has purpose.# **What You Will Be Doing**The Team Leader II, Facilities is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant systems, including steam, hydraulics, compressed air, electrical, HVAC, and water systems. This position leads and develops a team of facilities associates, driving performance through coaching, training, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. The role oversees building and grounds maintenance, manages system performance to support production needs, and coordinates preventive maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime.
