Acushnet Company is seeking a Team Leader I Maintenance in New Bedford, MA. You will lead a dedicated group of maintenance associates to ensure reliable machinery and plant operations, while coordinating with manufacturing and facilities engineering to meet performance standards and cost targets.

You will coach, train, and enforce safety practices, maintain parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment, and related machinery.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate closely with manufacturing and facilities engineering, set performance and cost control standards, and maintain critical parts inventory.
