Express Wash Concepts in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Team Leader II for Green Clean Express Auto Wash. In this role you’ll support site operations, drive customer service, and coach a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality car wash experiences.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with training, 401k matching, vacation, uniforms, and opportunities to advance into leadership. Flexible weekend hours and a commitment to safety are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods.
