Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked environment; requisition product when needed.
• Facilitate effective communication among Team Members.
• Perform POS duties including opening/closing procedures and coordination with AGE HQ.
• Manage cash handling procedures during shifts.
• Support staffing coverage and coach Team Members to meet standards.
• Lead by example to uphold policies and service standards.
• Assign tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
• Promote safe and sanitary work habits; report hazards.
