Panera Bread in Southport/Indianapolis area seeks a Team Manager to lead bakery-café operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a developing team. You will oversee shifts, guide staff, and help maintain Panera's standards in service, speed, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
• Help build our Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
