Global Sagacity Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Leader to grow our network of financial advisors in Bellevue, WA or remote in CA. You will recruit, coach, and develop advisors while expanding the team's market presence.

In this role you will set goals, track performance, lead trainings, and ensure licensing and regulatory compliance. A proven producer with leadership ability will excel in this high-impact position with leadership development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Active life and health insurance license in WA or CA – required.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or retirement/estate planning – required.
• Experience leading a group of financial advisors – required.
• Existing client base or professional network – preferred.
• Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Korean, or Vietnamese – preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a financial field such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics – preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• A track record of motivating others and building a positive team culture.
• Integrity and a client-first mindset.

• Guide new advisors through the licensing process, product knowledge, and compliance
• Lead by example by maintaining your own client base and production
• Ensure the team follows all applicable state insurance regulations and company standards

THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and grow our team of financial advisors. You'll recruit new advisors, support them through the sales process, and keep the team motivated, engaged, and performing. This is a full-time position, in person in Bellevue, WA or fully remote in California. You'll be both a coach and a builder, helping advisors succeed while growing the team's presence in the market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

COMPENSATION

• Total compensation typically ranges from $120,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on individual and team performance (not guaranteed)
• Ongoing leadership training and development
