Ladders is seeking a Manager, Advisory Leadership Team to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote-friendly role drives advisor development and shapes operating rhythms to deliver a superior client experience across the advisory organization.

The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong relationship management, and a commitment to advisor advocacy. 3 days in-office and 2 days remote hybrid is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• CFP or CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in client management systems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Creative thinker with strong communication skills.

• Facilitate goal-setting discussions with associate wealth advisors.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Advisory Leadership Team to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will support advisor development and help shape the operating rhythm that enables a strong client experience across the advisory organization. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistency in planning, service, and execution. It is well suited for a collaborative leader who can balance relationship management, operational coordination, and a strong commitment to advisor advocacy.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $155,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Facilitate goal-setting discussions with associate wealth advisors
