You will recruit and coach staff, manage scheduling, and oversee cash handling to supportSpinXpress’s expanding brand. A flexible, dynamic mindset is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence and negotiating skills.
• Strong organizational skills to direct the team.
• Knowledge and experience with inventory management.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, evenings, and on-call.
• History of achieving and exceeding professional goals.

Responsabilités

• Develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Recruit, interview, and hire an appropriate number of team members.
• Coach, mentor, and onboard new employees.
• Schedule staff to meet day-to-day operations and maintain customer service levels.
• Handle cash management and transactions accurately.

• Participate in promotional programs and drive upselling.
• Maintain a safe and inviting store environment; manage inventory levels.
