Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or currently enrolled.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team to deliver fast, high-quality car wash service.
• Drive customer service excellence and sales growth while maintaining quality standards.
• Greet customers and educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers before and after wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure accurate processes.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Motivate the team to meet service standards and productivity.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and cover other duties as needed.
