We are seeking a full-time Team Leader of Distribution to support our Equipment Depot located in the South Side of Pittsburgh. The position works Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, with weekends off.

Purpose:

Oversee the distribution of supplies and equipment, ensuring professional and service-oriented communication with department user groups.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in evaluating, disciplining, and developing distribution staff
2. Manage schedules for 8-15 hourly employees using Microsoft Office
3. Implement proper body techniques
4. Maintain communication and organizational skills for efficient department operation
5. Maintain an error ratio below 0.05% through proper direction on put-away and picking
6. Stay updated on department and hospital policies
7. Ensure quality in the end line staging area as a dock master
8. Perform duties of the highest producing team members (30%)
9. Participate actively in all aspects of distribution functions
10. Ensure proper maintenance of all distribution equipment
11. Use ERP systems to manage inventory values and quantities
12. Deliver products using 26-foot box trucks
13. Operate heavy lift equipment at heights above 25 feet
14. Adhere to departmental attendance policies
15. Maintain knowledge of inventory platforms
16. Uphold cleanliness standards within the warehouse
17. Assign work and monitor completion for shift employees
18. Contribute to achieving budget goals through productivity and safety
19. Maintain DOT licensing requirements
20. Use laptops to operate voice-directed picking systems
21. Complete safety and equipment training annually
