Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a Team Leader to assist with day-to-day team leadership, training, and coaching while upholding company values and brand standards. You will ensure customer service excellence, safety adherence, and a tidy, well-maintained site in all weather conditions.

The role requires leading the team in the Site Leader’s absence, driving memberships and loyalty programs, and maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coaching, training, and development of new and existing staff.
• Lead the team in absence of the Site Leader & Assistant Site Leader.
• Drive sales, memberships, loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe site and ensure brand standards.
• Ensure safety procedures and policies are adhered to.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
