Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA in Athens, GA is seeking a leadership-focused manufacturing professional to supervise daily production activities for vaccine components. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure training, review process docs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining EHS standards.

You will oversee schedule creation, qualification of team members, and adherence to GMP/USDA requirements, with a strong emphasis on quality, documentation, and on-time

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a related field; biology degree preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Equipment/automation troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database software.
• Knowledge of GMP and USDA vaccine manufacturing requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Description

The basic purpose of this role is to perform support/process duties associated with the continuous manufacture of Boehringer Ingelheim vaccines. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus minimum two to three (2-3) years in related field. Biology Degree or related field plus three to four (3-4) years’ experience in related field preferred.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software systems.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Working knowledge of GMP and USDA requirements for Vaccine Manufacturing.
