Job Description

  1. Collaborate in controlling the in-process product across all production lines to ensure priorities are met and identify potential constraints.
  2. Ensure production line results meet the Production Plan.
  3. Monitor procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and goal achievement in each area to maintain good performance.
  4. Support production lines by clarifying procedures and evaluating applied techniques to prevent deviations from quality system requirements.
  5. Assist in managing production capacity to coordinate commitments with the logistics department.
  6. Control in-process products across all lines to ensure priorities are met and identify restrictions.
  7. Participate in improvement teams focused on Conversion Loss/SWAT and Operating Supplies.
  8. Report on hours worked, disabilities, absences, restrictions, and indirect hours to support production planning, line balancing, and process improvement.
  9. Support the Manufacturing Engineer with staff communication and recognition.
  10. Ensure compliance with corporate and legal EHS requirements through policies, internal controls, communication, and training.
  11. Perform all other related functions and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to optimize resource use.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma (Bachiller).
  2. Intermediate studies in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in the medical industry (preferred).
  4. Intermediate English (preferred).
