An established industry player is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and lead a skilled team. Preferences: Knowledge of domestic water treatment, high-purity water treatment (RO/DI), seawater systems, electrical distribution, underground utilities, commercial and industrial HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, OSHA regulations, and general facilities operation.
Minimum Qualifications: A thorough knowledge of facilities maintenance practices including preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repair, budgeting, efficiency standards and practices. The candidate should have at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience and at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. A non-commercial Class C or equivalent drivers license, valid in the State of Maryland, with fewer than 6 points is required.
