Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Franklin, TN seeks a Team Lead to supervise Inspectors and ensure adherence to the CVP processes. The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong grasp of the CVP package, and familiarity with the Vantage system to support production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months supervising team in a factory in last 2 years.
• Quality control/inspecting experience is a plus.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands on supervision of assigned Inspectors.
• Have a complete understanding of the CVP package.
• Have a general understanding of Vantage.
• All other related duties as assigned.
