Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Team Lead for the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM). This full‑time role requires hands-on supervision of Inspectors and a clear understanding of production flow.

You will operate Vantage scanners, oversee setup and completion of work cells with 5S discipline, apply ergonomic principles to workflows, and handle all other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Hands on supervision of assigned Inspectors
• Have a full understanding on how to operate Vantage scanners
• Have a complete understanding Setup/Completion of work cells, practice 5S
• Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work flow
• All other related duties as assigned
