What you will do in this role: Support the manufacturing team in meeting production goals and quality standards by monitoring operations, escalating issues, engaging with team members, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Adhere to all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, FDA regulations, and company policies.
• Act as a liaison between team members and supervisors to optimize resources and support team performance.
• Conduct audits such as 5S, Safety, and Quality to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support team operations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns.
• Assist with non-cyclic tasks like paperwork, model change prep, and material movement.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops and new product development programs.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate effectively with team members.
• Engage team members in problem-solving and process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of jobs and equipment to assist during emergencies and implement countermeasures.
• Coordinate cross-training and promote an inclusive, communicative, and trustworthy environment.
• Participate in shift change discussions, monitor performance, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Follow production schedules and assist in staffing based on training and experience.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with computers.

Salary: $23.80 - $34.90 plus 15% shift differential.
