We are seeking a dynamic Operations Team Lead for our state-of-the-art bakery in Oak Creek, WI. This role requires a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills. Position Overview

As the Operations Team Lead, you will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations, lead a team of 4-7 associates, and focus on meeting production targets, process improvements, and maintaining a safe, high-quality work environment.
