2. Hours & Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 4:00AM-2:30PM
3. Pay Range: $25.92 Hiring rate, with a $3 Night shift premium (6pm – 6am) and $2.25 Weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts). Potential to earn $1,500 in bonuses in the first year
4. Job Summary: As a Team Leader, you will lead team members to ensure high standards of performance, quality, production, and safety are met. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting equipment, training and mentoring team members, communicating production optimization opportunities, and maintaining documentation as required by law and regulatory agencies.
