Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Westbrook is seeking a Night Team Leader to guide the night shift, ensuring shelves are stocked, standards are high and the store is ready for customers for online orders and the next-day opening.

You will lead with a proactive, accountable mindset, supporting colleagues and working alongside the team or lone-working as needed to deliver an excellent store every night.

We're looking for a Night Team Leader to join our Westbrook team and play a key role in leading our night operation. As a Night team leader, you'll be supporting and leading the night team to deliver a great store for our customers every day. You'll help make sure our shelves are replenished, standards are high, and the store is ready for customers for online and when we open. We need someone who can make great decisions, be proactive and confident in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a positive attitude, take ownership and be comfortable holding yourself and others accountable for delivering high standards. You'll love to get stuck in and work along side the team, as well as lone working. Most importantly you'll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and making a difference to both our Colleagues and Customers.
