Job summary

Surcheros Fresh Mex is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a fast casual environment. You will drive culture, guest experience, and operations while focusing on profitability and food safety.

You will hire and develop leaders, manage scheduling and performance, and own P&L results. The role offers leadership growth, comprehensive benefits, and a path to advance within a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Fast Casual or Quick Service.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Food Safety/ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficient with restaurant technology and Microsoft Office.
