• At Chick-fil-A Hamilton & Wesley as a Team Leader you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and successful operation while having great influence on those around you. You will lead by example, uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards, and support a positive and productive team environment. • As the Director, you will serve as a senior leader in our restaurant, responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all day parts and departments. Positioned above the Team Leader level, this role is central to maintaining high standards in food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experience. You will be a key driver in building and leading high-performing teams while working closely with the Operator and other Directors to shape the strategic direction of the business.
